Default errors in mail merge

When I have labels that should go on a second page they don't show up. Until
I check for errors. Then they will show up. Shouldn't mail merge automaticaly
set the second page up. Say I have 16 enteries and the labels are set up for
8 on a page. Why can't I get that second page?

It sounds like you are previewing the merge - to see the full output you
need to "complete the merge" ether by merging to the printer (using
File-Print or the Word 2007 equivalent isn't enough) or merging to a
new document.
