Hi every one,
Im working on a mailmerge to fax solution using Office 2007 SP2 and Vista
SP1.
My problem is when Im merging the document, each image included (logos) in
it is been faxed on a separate page. So how can I do to make then on the same
page of the message.
For information:
€¢ On Vista, I have configured Windows Fax and Scan application
€¢ The main document is on Word,
€¢ The contact list is on Excel,
€¢ And for mailing, Im using the merge to email command and HTML as Mail
Format.
€¢ On Outlook, I can see the pictures but when the email are converted to fax
each picture is printed to a separate page.
I hope that someone will able to help me with this problem.

I don't know if the approach described at

can be made to work with that configuration (I am not currently in a
position to try it) but it is what I would try in the first instance.
