Multi page merge with different page types
Does any version of Word allow page definitions to be defined with printer
tray assignments so a multi page merged document will pull the appropriate paper for each page? For example, I have a 3 page letter and need to print page 1 on letterhead and pages 2 and 3 on second page letterhead. Thanks in advance for your assistance. |

Multi page merge with different page types
I do not believe that there is anything that can be done in the mail merge
operation, but if the merge is executed to a new document, then the following macro can be used to print each letter as a separate print job and you then can probably get what you want: Dim i As Long With ActiveDocument For i = 1 To .Sections.Count .PrintOut Background:=False, Range:=wdPrintFromTo, From:="s" & i, _ To:="s" & i Next i End With -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Dan" wrote in message ...
