Default Cannot open Word document in a Windows XP machine.

Hi,
I've a problem of opening some word documents, they were created few months
agao by my boss. He was using Office XP on a Windows 2000 Professional
machine. Today, he got a new Windows XP Professional machine and also
installed with the Office XP software. Then he can't open some of the word
documents, the program just stopped responding. Those files also can't be
opened on other Windows XP machines but can be opened in other Windows 2000
machines.
One more thing is that, for those word documents that can't be opened, they
all contain header which is our company logo and address.

Anyone can help?

Thanks in advanced.
