You'll probably need to go ask some people who use LaTeX what the import
capabilities are, I don't think you are likely to get an answer here, though
I may be wrong.

Investigate the XML capabilities in Word 2003, that might be an intermediate
step?

Googling "latex to word" turned up some stuff that looks hopeful, try that.
