colors
some of my file names appear in blue, some of my file names appear in black.
how do i keep all file names in black? the text in the files appears in black. |

Windows (not Word) offers the ability to compress files to save disc space.

colors
If you mean within a document, they might be blue because they are
hyperlinks. If you mean in Windows Explorer, it indicates that the file is compressed. To uncompress, right-click, select Properties, click Advanced.
