Default Word Doc. Accidentally deleted. Not named. How do I recover?

I had a new word document I was working on. My father came to visit and
accidentally deleted the document. It was not saved or named yet. Any way
to recover it as it was over seven days ago?

If you never saved it, there is nothing to recover.

A long shot ... but it depends what you mean by deleted. If this was a new
document which had not been saved then, if it was 'deleted' by closing
without saving, it is gone. If, on the other hand, it was 'deleted' by
deleting the content but the document has not yet been closed then you
should be able to recover it using Undo. I know this is a long shot but I
sometimes have Word open for days at a time especially on a hibernated
laptop.
