Default Merging protected forms

I need to find a program that I can put a legal form on, protect it and then
be able to merge addresses and other certain information onto it. At
present, we have to manually type the information. I would like to be able
to merge it from a database so that the main addresses do not continually
have to be retyped. Is there such a way?

Default Merging protected forms

This seems to be a standard example of a form letter mail merge.
