Thumbs up Answer: how to print two A4 in one A3 size paper

Steps to Print Two A4 Documents on One A3 Paper
  1. Open the first A4 document you want to print.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Print".
  3. In the print dialog box, click on the "Properties" or "Printer Properties" button.
  4. Look for an option called "Page Layout" or "Multiple Pages" and select "2 Pages per Sheet" or "2-Up" from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click on "OK" to save the changes and return to the print dialog box.
  6. Make sure that the correct printer is selected and click on the "Print" button.
  7. Once the first document has finished printing, repeat the process for the second A4 document.
  8. When you are ready to print the second document, make sure that the "Collate" option is selected in the print dialog box. This will ensure that the pages are printed in the correct order.
  9. After you have printed both documents, take the A3 paper and fold it in half horizontally.
  10. You should now have two A4-sized pages on each side of the folded A3 paper.

That's it! You have successfully printed two A4 documents on one A3 paper.
