Default Runtime Error "91"

I found if Adobe Acrobat is installed that it is the cause of this.
Remove the AddIN from WORD also remove the PDFmaker in the following
directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP

The user can still create PDF's but they need to do so through
File/Print Acrobat Distiller
