Default my product key will not work for Works suite 2002

Hi, I recently got a new computer and switched to Vista. I went to install
my Works Suite 2002, so that I could have Microsoft Word again, and when I
entered my product code, it said that it was invalid. I double checked all
of the characters and they were correct. I attempted it again and it
wouldn't accept it. What is going on? I cannot afford to buy something I
already have and is perfectly useable. Thanks for any help you can offer.

If your new computer came with a free trial version of Office 2007
preinstalled by the computer manufacturer, then you need to uninstall
the trial software before you install your copy of Works Suite.
