Anytime I attempt to open a document I get a message that says that the file
is not available. This happens regardless of my downloading attachments or my creating and saving a document on my computer. "Herb Tyson [MVP]" wrote: Why can't you reopen them? How do you attempt to open them? Double-click on the icon? With the
Open command from inside Word? On Sep 18, 10:52*pm, Gavin wrote: Anytime I attempt to open a document I get a message that says that the file is not available. Norton's Office Plug-In can cause this problem. If you're
using NAV, try disabling the Office plug in and see if that eliminates the problem (but don't turn off a/v protection altogether). For more information about the Office plug-in and how to disable it, see: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "Gavin" wrote in message ...
