Default lining up columns

I want to line up some text in my C.V.

2003-2006 Burgess Hill Adult Education Burgess Hill
 Advanced English Literature and Language D
 Advanced subsidiary English Literature & Language C

All I want to do is line up the Burgess Hill bit the D and the C, so it's in a straight lined column . It wont let me tab them into the correct place and the only way to line them up is to use the space bar. In a zoomed in view on the word document of 160 it looks ok and prints out ok. At any other zoomed view it's all over the place.

I want it all to line up at any zoomed in or out view and when it's printed off.

Please HELP!!!
