Default Table moves to next page

Hi,
I've created a table in my document but it moves to the
next page leaving the previous page almost blank. I
can't seem to move the table up. I have allowed rows to
break across pages but it isn't doing it for the first
few rows. It just keeps moving the table to the next 2
pages.

Thanks in advance

Make sure that no paragraph in any of those rows is formatted as "Keep with
next."
