I have several tables in a document that has many sections/subsections. In a
section with several subsections, when I add a table caption that includes
the section number (i.e Table 9-22) the numbering in the caption restarts at
0 (Table 0-1). If I move the table up to any earlier subsection, or to a
subsequent section, the numbering is correct. Any ideas?

Make sure that heading numbering is correctly setup according to the
instructions at
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...Numbering.html. Does
this make a difference?
