Default word 2003 signature editor for Outlook - how Outlook recognize

New computer running under Vista. Signature list resides in appdata etc.

Previously on old computer signature would automatically show up on new
email message and I could right click to see other signature choices in list.

Now I cannot figure out how to tell Outlook to see the list that is in what
used to be doc and settings, etc.

Thanks
