Default How do I Save a document with tables as a web page

When I save a document containing tables as a web page, the formating is
off..what is wrong?

By default, tables on a Web page will expand or contract to fill the window
(especially if you set the table width to 100% or some other specific
percentage). If you want a fixed table width, you need to set that.
