Default Copying Default Footnote Styles to another doc

I'd like to overwrite what appear to be corrupted footnote styles in a
document with the default built in footnote styles (footnote text, footnote
reference) that come with the normal document.

My plan was to use the Organizer to copy the styles from the Normal template
into the active document. However, when I select the Styles tab in the
Organizer window, I discover that it doesn't list any of the footnote styles.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to display these styles in the organizer?

Thanks for any help.

Create a footnote in any blank document, then copy the footnote style from
that document.

Thanks, Anne. That's did it perfectly. I should have thought of that. Your
solution combined a tip from Daiya helped me fix a very complex document.

Really, your tip was extremely helpful, as I have to straighten endless
numbers of documents suffering from similar problems, and now I have a really
simple way to fix them in just a couple of steps.

Thanks again.
