Why does the letter merger print every other letter?
Don't know exactly what you mean by the "letter merger", but
a. assuming it is the standard facility in Word for merging letters, try the following - open the mail merge main document (i.e. the "form letter") - click Alt-F9 to reveal the field codes (which look like { MERGEFIELD myfield }) - if there is a field like { NEXT }, that is probably the cause of this problem - try deleting it. b. if it is something else, please spell out exactly how you are doing your merge.
