I just had a tech add more memory to my laptop and give it a tune-up and now
that I've got it back I can't seem to copy and paste from a Web page into
e-mail or Word. I'm using XP and Outlook 2003 and Internet Explorer version
6.0.2800. However, I can still copy and paste Internet addresses. I can also
see copied material on the Clipboard, but I can't paste it. Help please!

Please do not multipost. When pasting into Word, try using Edit | Paste
Special | Paste as: Unformatted text.

Thanks for advice. I did as you suggested and that (miraculously) restored
all copy and paste functions -- in formatted form.
