Mail merge
I am trying to set up my mail merge but when I preview the recepients name is
listed twice such as Bob & Betty Boop Bob & Betty Boop Dear Bob & Betty Boop Bob & Betty Boop Any ideas on what I am doing wrong Thanks! |

Mail merge
It would appear that you've inserted each merge field twice.
