Default I can't find the "highlight text" button on my toolbar.

How can I add it in, please.

Default I can't find the "highlight text" button on my toolbar.

It is on the formatting toolbar. If not displayed, click the little arrow at
the right hand end of the bar and add or remove buttons. Ensure that the
button is checked. If it is already checked but not displayed then tools
customize toolbars reset.
