Default Incompatibility of Narrator with Microsoft Word

Have someone try yet "Windows XP SP 2 Narrator" with Microsoft Word 2003 and
with Wordpad. The narrator works well in Wordpad instead of Word. The
shortcut key provided in Narrator help doesn't work in Word.

We can use CTRL+Arrow key to move to next word and if narrator is open it
will read the words for you. Pressing CTRL+SHIFT+Enter key in Wordpad read
the entire contents of the document and this shortcut doesn't seems to work
in Word nor the CTRL+Arrow key.

Your comments will highly be appreciated.
