Default about indexing

I have marked some words, and finished indexing,
I would like to make new indexing . how should I clear the last words which
maked ?

Hi Hassan,

First, use File Save As to make a backup copy of the first index, in
case you want to get it back again for any reason.

In the original document, first click the ¶ button so all the XE
fields are visible. Then open the Edit Replace dialog. In the Find
box, type

^d XE

(notice that there's a single space character before the X). Then
click the Replace All button. That removes all the marked index
entries. Finally, you can click the ¶ button again to turn off the
nonprinting marks.
