Switch data from Excel to Word - Use as Mailing
I have a mailing list in an Excel format that I would like to print on
envelopes. Is there a way to switch this list from Excel to Word, and then use the names/addresses to address envelopes? |

Switch data from Excel to Word - Use as Mailing
You don't need to move it to Word; Word can use an Excel sheet as a mail
merge data source. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...AMailMerge.htm and http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm for general principles. If you use the Mail Merge Wizard in Word 2002/2003, the steps are a bit different but not by much; or see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/E...MailMerges.htm. -- Suzanne S.
