Hi Stan:

First click on Tools | Customize and then highlight Insert on the left and
find the Address book on the right and then highlight the address book and
drag it up to your toolbar. Once you have accomplished that you should be
able to click on your address book and double click on any address that you
want inserted into your document. I hope this has been helpful to you.

The Insert Address button can insert a Contact's Address into any Word
document. It is actually an AutoText function called Addresslayout.
You can modify what AddressLayout prints for you. Here are some
references that will help. The KB papers refer to Word 2000 but the
principles are the same for later versions as far as I can tell:

A very extensive paper is available at:

Following up on Carol's comment, the Insert Address button can insert

You can use it with its default settings. Or
you can modify what it does. Here are some

NOTE: I had posted this reply yesterday but for some reason it does
not seem to appear in the forum. If this is a duplicate posting
accept my apologies.
