Printout is different from monitor
My printout is different from what I see in monitor. In printout photos are
displaced and jammed into each other, captions are gone inside photos, some normal styles have become caption styles. All happened after I tried to change some photo sizes which messed up all of the photos.. Also in my previous post, I mentioned about €śout of memory€ť error message for which Word MVP site mentioned about the possibility of Nimda virus. Now before taking the fundamental step toward virus killing procedure, I want to print what I see in monitor. Is there any safe way to print what I see in monitor. Tried one page by one page print but didnt help. Is there any solution? -- Rasoul Khoshravan Azar Kobe University, Kobe, Japan |

Does Print Preview (not Print Layout view) accurately display what prints?

No. Print preview shows the same problem as well. (Print preview is same is
print out and different from monitor) especially a normal style for a short paragraph is changing to caption style all the time. -- Rasoul Khoshravan Azar Kobe University, Kobe, Japan "Suzanne S. Print Preview can usually be trusted to show you what will print. If it is
different from Print Layout view, then you need to investigate why. In particular, look at the Print tab of Tools | Options to see if any of the settings there might be affecting it. -- Suzanne S.
