Updating Links from Excel to Word
I have a form letter within Word, which I send out to multiple tenants of
mine. Everything written is the same except for the tenants name, address, & rental due. This data is contained within one Excel sheet. Also, the rental amounts change every now and then (which then needs to be updated in Word). Is there a way I can have certain portions within the Word document "linked" (& preferably automatically updated) to certain cells within an Excel sheet? In the past, I have done the standard "Copy" & "Paste", but I have to keep re-doing it every time I update the Excel data. Is there an easier way? Thanks! |
