Hi Jue,
Go to Table, Draw Table, which makes the table drawing toolbar active.
Select your table, then click on the drop down button on the icon that looks
like a pencil drawing lines. You can change the border colour there. Choose
your border type using the box that looks like a window frame, and it will
put your new colour borders on using that option.
