Default how do u file a downloaded stationery for email background?

Once I download a stationery from Microsoft templates, where do I file it to
use as a background for my email outgoing?

version of Word and (presumably) Outlook? There usually is a Normal.dot
template for Word, and (IIRC) Normal_email.dot or something similar for
Outlook -- you want to locate, _open_ and change the latter.
