How do I access call out options with a graphic attached?

Default where do I find callouts

What version of Word? If 2007, click on Shapes in the Insert ribbon tab.
Callouts are the second group from the bottom.

If Word 2003 or ealier, click on AutoShapes in the Drawing toolbar... again,
Callouts are near the bottom.
