Trying to convert Canon ETW1 documents to word.

Don't really know what the numeral 1 is.

Any Suggestions?

Part of the issue with those files is whether they're on a diskette or other media that your Windows PC can recognize. If not, then
you may, in addition to a converter product such as http://www.macdisk.com/conven.php3 with the Canon Writer module download added,
you may also need a utility that can read non Windows diskette formats into the PC.
