I don't think that's got anything to do with Word. Have you check the many

This sounds like a description of Outlook.

Well, many people who have Word (a perhaps unwarranted assumption about
anyone who posts here) have it as part of Office, and at least for now all SKUs of Office include Outlook. -- Suzanne S.
