Word 2000
I want to insert an endnote. I my WORD, endnote is located inside cross-reference button (office online says it is in: Insert/Reference, different word version?). I choose Endnote from Reference type and Endnote number from Insert reference to: box. Nothing could be input to "For whichendnote" box. And the insert button is greyed out and I can't select it.
