In 2007 how does one exclude blank lines merged from an Outlook contact?

Thanks

Default Mailmerge

Use an If...then...Else... to test for data in the field. If there is data,
insert that field followed by a carriage return and then the next field. If
there is no data, insert the next merge field

{ IF { MERGEFIELD A } "" "{MERGEFIELD A}
{ MERGEFIELD B}" "{ MERGEFIELD B }" }

Hope this helps.
