Default User embed hyperlinks in Form with standardized URL entry

Good Afternoon,
I have created multiple forms with text fields. One of my text fields
needs the ability of the user to insert an active hyperlink. In addition,
all the hyperlinks will have a standard entry URL portal I want to embed in
the Text field then let the user just attach the specific folder URL to end
of standard text.

Example:

LINK: Begin Text Field https://www.abc.ddd= End Text Field

Then user should be able to come in TEXT filed and add to it

Link: Begin Text Field https://www.abc.ddd=1234/abc/2 End Text Field

Is this possible?

Thanks, Lisa
