I have created a fax cover sheet template in word. It has two pages to the
template. Often I only need the first page of the fax cover sheet. How do I
delete page two so when I print page two does not print? I have tried doing
what the Microsoft help screen says to do, but that doesn't work.

A two page fax cover sheet? That seems a bit much for something that's
really just meant to alert the recipient who the fax is from and for.
