Default File Conversion error message

I have Windows XP home on HP zv5000 laptop. Recently after a system restore
all my MS Word documents are giving me an error stating File conversion error
~$N7CWYW. Further on clicking enter it says the start-up template is not
valid. On clickng again the document opens up.

It is very annnoying to work this way. Please help!!

Sounds like a problem with the Endnote 7 Cite While You Write add-in for
Word. Do you have Endnote installed? If not, remove the add-in from
Word's startup folder. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...sInstalled.htm
for more information.
