Default Office 2007 Word - bookmarks and links

I have a word doc with internal links which, when clicked on, take me to the
appropriate section, paragraph etc.
The question is: How do I get back to where I came from? It was easy in 2003
but I just cannot find it in 2007!
Regards
Roger
