Default Recipient can't see changes I've made in color

Hello,

I have made some changes in bold in a document using a different color font,
first green, then blue. Both times, the recipient told me it appears in bold
black.

Is there a setting on her end that she can change in order to see the
changes I've made in color?

Thank you for any help you can give me.

If this was Publisher instead of Word, I would suspect that the recipient
only has a monochrome laser printer installed. I've been told that Word can
also be picky about printer drivers so it could be the same.
