how do you retain formatting when merging access and word
Recently upgraded to Office 2007. Now when I merge Access database info into
Word, the formatting of my currency information is lost. For ex. "$25,000.00" becomes "25000". I lose the $ and the comma and decimal spots. How can I get Word to retain the currency formatting? |
