When accessing custom templates in Word 2002, the font type changes from
Times New Roman to Arial. I have tried both Detect & Repair and renaming normal.dot. Neither resolved the problem. When logged on as Administrator on this user's computer, this problem does not arise. |

Make sure you don't have "Draft font" enabled on the View tab of Tools |
