My associate has been writing company memos in "Print View" because when she
switches to "Normal" view, the page displays oddly.

The memos are written on a template (company letterhead).

In "Print View" the Letterhead information borders the left margin and top
page. The text is writting down the center of the page extending to the right
margin.

In "(ab) Normal" view the added text is squished to a one inch swath down
the left margin - 1 or 2 words to a line.
