Runtime error

I deleted all temp files andanything starting with ~. In full the error message: Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Winword.Exe abnormal termination. Can I have abc instructions - My lap top is an Advent 7003 and XP Home + MS Word 2002.
