Horizontal lines, incorporating to use
Currently for me to use a Horizontal line [Format Borders and Shading
Horizontal Line Button], I have to click on the button and then wait for the lines to display, and then pick one. If there is one that I like using, is there any way to put it in a menu to make it quicker to use, or to put it in with the choices for the borders? If there's any type of solution or help that someone could provide I would be most appreciative. Thank you. Scott |

It's a little quicker if you have the Tables and Borders toolbar displayed,
as there are buttons to choose the line weight, style, color, etc. Even the Borders palette on the Formatting toolbar can be helpful; once you've selected a line weight and style, it will reapply the same weight/style until you change it. -- Suzanne S. Thank you.
But I guess I can't get the Horizontal Line function to work that way... I can get A horizontal line, but not the one that is added by going to Format, then Borders and Shading, and then clicking the Horizontal Line button. It looks like I still have to pull a line down from the list of them that display there, and I'm wondering if I can pick one and have it be used for a line in the Borders section. Let me know if that makes sense, and thanks for your reply! "Suzanne S.
