[Swimmerpc]

Can someone please help me with what I thought would be a simple operation
within Word? I need to add my company logo to the return address information
that is automatically created when using the "envelopes and labels" feature
within Word. However, it will not allow me to paste or insert the logo. When
I try, nothing happens and my return address information remains unchanged.
This seems like it should be a common and easily executable option within
Word, but I can't seem to find any help online or within the Word help index.
Please, can someone help? Thanks so much.

You can add a logo to your envelopes, but not by pasting it into the return
address.

Thanks for the replies and instructional link. Unfortunately, I am having
great difficulty understaning the instructions (and I consider myself fairly
computer literate). Is there another link someone has that is more user
friendlyl. I guess my comprehension skills are fading with age. Thanks.

The pages on my web site are intended to make things simple for users - not
more difficult! What is it that you don't understand? There are two methods
shown. First the method recommended by Microsoft and second a more versatile
method to allow for multiple return addresses eg if you prepare work for
several organisations.

For your purposes a simple envelope template would be a usable approach.
There are samples on my web site to download and you can simply add or
change the graphic as required.
