Default Outlook Names List in the "TO" Box

Outlook dispalys your contact list when clicking the "To" buttton. The list
comes up for your name database and if one of your contacts has a fax number,
they show up twice, once for e-mail addrress, once for fax. Can this list be
modified to not show the fax number contacts?

You should ask this question in an Outlook Newsgroup. This one is for
issues with Word documents.

Hope this helps.

Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my
