Default outlook automatic reciept? The help is misleading

I nee dreiciepts on most of my Email
The suggested Tools-Options--email-tracking does not work as there is no
`tracking'options using this path

Tools / Options / Preferences tab / E-mail Options button / Tracking Options
button.

Note that even if you request Read and Delivery receipts, the user has the
option to "Never send a response". In fact, that's how I have mine set. I
receive so much spam, that I'm not about to automatically validate my email
address to help spammers build reliable spam lists. ;-)
