Default how do I set up labels in office 2000

I used mail merge to bring data into a microsoft word document as labels.
Was successfully able to import data but am unable to get more than 3 address
to a page and when attempting to print the font is changed to 28 or 36. Any
help will be appreciated. Am using XP and Office 2000.
