Hi! I'm trying to look for the Equilibrium symbol in Chemistry to insert but
unsuccessful. Can anyone help, please?

Use
the Word featu 21CC Alt+x

or

the Windows featu Alt+8652 on the keypad

(Note: 21CC hex = 8652 dec).
